[Blueboard] Employees' Gathering Final Reminders

Hello, Ateneo Employees!😊

We are one day away from our gathering tomorrow, Thursday, 28 Feb, at the
High School Covered Courts. Kindly read the points below to make this day
smooth and meaningful.

Nametags:



All registered participants will receive their nametags within the day.
Some notes on the nametags:

1.     It will come with a safety pin that can be used to wear it.

2.     Please remember to bring it and wear it on Thursday as soon as you
get to the HS Covered Courts.

3.     Make sure your nametag is intact. Kindly do not tear any part of it
until instructions are given during the actual gathering.



Employees’ Time In-Out:

As announced in Father Jett Villarin SJ's memo, this gathering will be from
10am to 5pm. Employees who normally log in and log out their official hours
are still strongly encouraged to do so before and after the gathering.

Attire:

We advise attendees to wear casual, comfortable and appropriate clothes and
footwear (eg any Ateneo shirt and jeans, rubber shoes).  It may also be
good to bring an extra shirt.

Things to Bring:

1. Umbrella

2. Fan

3. Notebook

4. Pen (this is very important J)

5. Water for drinking/own water bottle (there will be water dispensers in
the venue)

6. Ateneo ID

Seating:

A.     AM Seating – free seating

B.     PM Seating – instructions will be given before and after the lunch
break regarding the afternoon’s seating arrangement which will aid in the
community-building and formation goals of the program.

Schedule:



We will celebrate the Holy Eucharist at 10am. Please make sure that you are
seated by this time. Lunch will be served at 12noon based on the preference
indicated upon registration. At 1pm, the afternoon session will begin. In
order to facilitate that we end on time, please be seated in the HS Covered
Courts by 1pm. 😊

Raffle:

There will be a raffle of some prizes at the end (and perhaps, at another
time in the afternoon as well).  Should your name be drawn, the winner must
be physically present to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be
given to another winner.  Please have your Ateneo ID on hand when claiming
the prize. 😊

*S**pecial Notes for Walk-in Attendees:*

Employees who were not able to register during the allocated time period
are still welcome and encouraged to be there tomorrow. So as to keep the
flow of the program organized, please understand the importance of the
following:

1.     Kindly proceed to the registration table before 10am so your
same-day registration can be processed. Walk-ins will be taken care of as
early as 915/930am.

2.     While preferences on food, questionnaire language and color may be
noted, there is no full guarantee that these will be fully met.
Arrangements have been made with some buffer for walk-in participants but
as there are no exact numbers that serve as a guide, only estimated
quantities will be available.

Lastly, please come to the gathering with open hearts and minds. This day
is for all of us who serve God through our work in the AdMU. 😊
