It’s never too late to learn a new skill.  This semester’s enrollment for
the LS Never Too Late to Feel Great Fitness Programs has been extended
until *Feb. 21, 2019*  for the following Fitness programs.



*TAI CHI*

Discover *Tai Chi *through* Master Edwin Ang *and restore your natural
energy through an hour of gentle movements.  Get the benefits of strength,
balance and coordination in this relaxing aerobic conditioning every

pm at Martial Arts room of P.E. Department*

*MOVEMENT CLASS*

Just move.  Enjoy a high energy, dance-based, cardio and toning class that
is all about getting a good sweat while sculpting your body *with
internationally acclaimed dance coach and Ateneo alumni, Mr. Reflex
Gotangco every Tuesday, 5:30 pm at PE Dance studio*

*CARDIO ZUMBA*

Get ready to sweat to the beat of Latin inspired music.  Strengthen core,
back, arm and leg muscles in calorie burning work outs that improve your
cardiovascular fitness and reduce cholesterol *with dance coach Archie
Rodriguez every Tuesdays, 5:30 pm at MPR of college covered courts*

Health Services* and *Physical Education Program*, with the support of
the *Office
of the Associate Dean for Student and Administrative Services* and the *Office
of the Vice President for the Loyola Schools*.
