*Office of Campus Ministry*

* Loyola Schools  *

*Job Summary: *

Under the supervision of the Office of Campus Ministry Director, the
position plans, conducts, coordinates and evaluates the different Campus
Ministry formation activities and programs such as recollections and
retreats, prayer sessions, talks/seminars, liturgies and other
programs/projects of the office.

*Duties & Responsibilities:*

*1.      **Spiritual Formation*

·         Responsible for one of the following programs:

a.       First Year – Freshmen & Introduction to Ateneo Culture &
Traditions (InTACT)

b.       Second Year – Sophomores & National Service Training Program

c.       Third Year – Juniors & Junior Engagement Program (JEEP)

d.       Fourth Year – Seniors & Senior Integration Program (SIP)

e.       Student Retreats

f.        Student Organizations

g.       Retreat in Daily Life/First Spiritual Exercises & Spiritual
Companioning Programs

h.       Faculty, Professionals, Administrators & Non-Teaching Staff

i.         Liturgy & Worship

·         Designs, facilitates and implements spiritual formation programs,
particularly, but not limited to, recollections and retreats in line with
the office mission and goals

·         Recruits and orients pool of facilitators and staffers

·         Provides individual or group spiritual accompaniment and guidance

·         Serves as liturgical minister in institutional masses and weekday

·         Ministers through CM social media and radio program

·         Acts as moderator/adviser to different groups in the Loyola
Schools upon request and upon approval of the Director

*2.      **Administrative Support*

·         Prepares semestral and annual reports, budget, presentations and
other documents for respective programs in consultation with concerned
persons and/or teams

·         Attends regular office meetings for team planning and evaluation
of Campus Ministry programs and activities

·         Collaborates with partner offices and departments for an
integrated formation program

·         Coordinates with resource persons, priests and participants for
the formation program

*3. *Performs other related tasks assigned by the Director of Campus


1)      College graduate/graduate student preferably with a degree in
Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Education or Theology and at
least a one-year work experience

2)      Background or training related to Ignatian Spirituality, Campus
Ministry or Youth Ministry

3)      Very Good Skills in:

·         Oral and Written Communication

·         Facilitation

·         Listening and Spiritual Accompaniment

·         Recollection Giving

·         Organizing, Coordinating and Budgeting

·         Computer, Infographic Design and Social Media

4)      With 3, 5 or 8-day retreat experience

5)      Talent in music, whether in singing or as instrumentalist, a plus
