Office of International Relations

*Job Summary*

Under the direct supervision of the Director, the Office Assistant III assists
in the following:

·    Documents distribution and information dissemination related to visa
and residency concerns of OIR guests within and beyond the Loyola Campus

·      Provides practical guidelines and assistance to students, staff and
visiting professors

·      Assists the international students, faculty, staff and other guests
during their stay in the Philippines

*Job Responsibilities*

1.     Provides assistance to international guests

a.   Assists in the processing of all documents required by the OIR guests
including visa documents.

b.  Assists the visa section of the Office of International Relations in
the preparation and conduct of the activities including welcoming guests,
scheduling of photo and signature capture and release of documents.

c.    Assists in accommodating visitors and callers, handles their
inquiries, and directs them to the appropriate persons according to their

2.     Office Support

a. Manages the maintenance of the calendar related to consular application

b.  Provides logistical assistance related to preparing and delivering
courses, seminars, meetings and other activities related to visa processing
and consular requirements

c. Receives and responds to telephone calls, email and other correspondence
related to visiting faculty concerns and visa processing

d.   Maintains Office records and reference files related to visiting
faculty and visa processing

e.    Helps out in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the Office

3.     Routes documents within and outside of the University specially
related to visa processing and other documents related to Office operations
of OIR.

4.     Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by immediate


·         Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Tourism

·         Has two(2) years of relevant working experience

·         Experience in International Relations

·         Proficient in MS Office application

·         With skills and experience in Customer Relations

·         Can work well with a team
