*Job Summary:*

Under the supervision of the Director of the Office of Student Activities
of the Loyola Schools, the Student Affairs Professional I, assists in the
planning, implementation and evaluation of projects and activities of
student organizations. The Student Affairs Professional I also facilitates
leadership development and formation programs and activities for students.

*Job Responsibilities*:

1.       Organizational Development

   - Mentors and advises the student leaders; primarily those from  the
   officially recognized student organizations
   - Ensures the alignment of goals and projects of the student
   organizations to the vision and mission of the University and of the Loyola
   - Assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects and
   activities of student organizations

2.       Leadership Formation

   - Monitors the development and progress of student leaders inspired by
   the Ignatian spirituality and traditions
   - Designs and implements leadership programs and modules in accordance
   to the mission and goals of the office
   - Coordinates with Ateneo and non-Ateneo individuals and /or groups to
   aid in the tasks of leadership development and formation
   - Oversees the evaluation and documentation of the leadership formation
   program (i.e. materials) for further improvement

3.       Administrative Support

   - Implements goals and projects through regular consultations and
   meetings with student organizations
   - Monitors and processes documents of student organizations (ex. project
   proposals, forms) and ascertains their adherence to school policies
   - Gives input and feedback on systems and processes implemented by the
   office (e.g. policies, procedures for student activities) during the
   evaluation periods

*Qualifications: *

1.       College graduate preferably  Social Sciences and Management courses

2.       With work experience in training, facilitating, and familiarity
with project management cycle

3.       Excellent organizational and coordinating skills

4.       Above average leadership skills

5.       Familiar with Ignatian Spirituality and Traditions

6.       Strong social orientation

7.       Strong sense of student formation

8.       Above average written and oral communication skills

9.       Computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office programs, such as
Word, Excel, Access and Power Point)

10.   Engaging personality
