*MAINTENANCE STAFF I (M-01)*

Office of Facilities and Services, Loyola Schools





*Job Summary*

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance
Staff 1 position maintains the cleanliness and upkeep of his/her assigned
area.



*Job Responsibilities*



A.    Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned facilities by
performing the following janitorial services

·         Cleans, by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing, vacuuming,
and or waxing and sanitizes assigned building facilities, fixtures, and
equipment

·         Waters indoor and outdoor plants

·         Gathers and collects trash and segregates them accordingly

·         Reports critical and/or major problems to the
Maintenance/Facilities Management Supervisor for decision and action



B.    Maintenance Support to Loyola Schools

·         Sets up furnitures and fixtures needed for the meetings, events,
and or renovation.

·         Delivers cleaning supplies and materials within the Loyola
Schools premises

·         Adheres / follows emergency guidelines and protocols set by the
Loyola Schools, such as unblocking emergency paths, placing emergency
signages.



C.    Performs other tasks that may be assigned



*Qualification:*

·         High school graduate

·         Ability to operate cleaning equipment

·         Attention to details

·         Quality and service orientation
