*OFFICE ASSISTANT III (OS III)*

Office of the Vice President for Administration





*Job Summary*

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant to the Vice President for
Administration, the Office Assistant III position provides messengerial and
clerical support in delivering services to the University.





*Job Responsibilities*

1.     Messengerial Duties:

·         Delivers/Routes documents of VPA within the campus

·         Performs bank errands (checks for deposits, encashment, payment
of bills)



2.     Frontline and Office Support

·         Assists in the receiving of documents and reception of
calls/visitors

·         Handles records management for the Office including recording and
monitoring of incoming/outgoing documents pertinent to the office
operations and activities.

·         Prepares materials and other documents for meetings, conferences
and seminars.

·         Handles meeting room and conference room reservations and
logistic details.



3.     Other duties and responsibilities:

·         Assists in the preparation of order for checks, purchase
requisitions, liquidation reports, reimbursements/petty cash, turn-over
report (cash/check deposit) of VPA & FSQA.

·         Assists in claiming checks for the office at the Central
Accounting Office

·         Assists in encoding/monitoring VPA expenditures such as status of
VPA & FSQA OC’s, petty cash and other related expenses.

·         Assists in handling encashment of VPA Checks at the cashier or at
the bank

·         Assists in handling petty cash withdrawal at the cashier as needed

·         Performs other accounting-related tasks as needed

·         Performs other related tasks that may be assigned to by immediate
superior



*Qualification:*

1.     College Graduate

2.     With 2-3 years of relevant office experience

3.     Good oral communication skills

4.     Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

5.     Good interpersonal skills
