Start the semester right with a commitment to be fit. Sign up for weekly
Fitness sessions with the “Work-out, Sweat it Out” Fitness Programs.
Enrolment will be ongoing from August 11 to 25, 2017 on a first-come,
first-served basis at the Office of Health Services, Room 105, Social
Science Building. A minimum participation fee is charged.



*Circuit Training ( Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 pm)*

If you’re looking for a quick intensive routine, move quickly from one
calorie burner to the next and build-up  muscle strength and endurance with
circuit training P.E. coach David Puen.



*Zumba Fitness (Thursdays, 5:30 pm)*

Burn those calories without even noticing it as you dace to great music,
with great people, lead by Ateneo alumnus and internationally recognized
dance coach Philip Pamintuan.



*Cardio Aerobics (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 pm)*

Get the benefit of boosting your metabolism and increasing your flexibility
and endurance with cardio –aerobic exercises under the energetic P.E. coach
Regine Clemente.



*Power Boxing (Mondays and Wednesdays; 5:30 pm)*

Try an exciting new way to exercise to build strength, confidence and learn
self-defense with P.E. coach Ryan Gialogo.



*Street Dancing (Wednesdays, 5:30 pm)*

Make room to discover and unleash your energy, develop coordination and
self-expression through  the expert coaching of Ateneo Alumnus and
internationally recognized P.E. coach for all ages, Reflex Gotangco.



*Wushu (Wednesdays, 5:30 pm)*

Experience a form of martial arts which promotes inner peace and cultivates
the spirit through martial arts Master and P.E. coach Edwin Ang.



*Table tennis (Tuesdays, 5:30 pm)*

Enjoy friendly matches after a long day and sweat yourself out while
developing hand-eye coordination and concentration skills under P.E. coach
Vanessa Vinarao.



*Pilates (Friday, 5:30 pm)*

Improve your core muscle tone, flexibility and strength with Ateneo alumnus
and well-acclaimed dance coach Jan Cerezo.



*Cardio Zumba (Tuesday, 5:30 pm)*

Energize your week with full-body work-outs that boost your metabolism,
strengthen muscles while reducing risk for cardiovascular disease and
diabetes with energetic dance coach,  Mr. Archie Rodriguez.



“Work-out, Sweat it out”  is a collaborative program of the Office of
Health Services with the P.E. Department, with the support of the Office of
 the Associate Dean for Student and Administrative Services and the Office
of the Vice President for the Loyola Schools.
