Subject     :     *INVITATION TO BID FOR CAFETERIA AT THE LS PE COMPLEX*





The Loyola Schools Unit of the Ateneo de Manila University invites bids
from reputable and financially sound food businesses for the operation of a
cafeteria at its PE Complex for a period of three (3) years. Interested
bidders should have a history of at least three (3) years relevant
experience and should be Income Tax and Sales Tax registered.



*BASIC QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT*



The Food Business must have a proven track record in cafeteria and/or food
service operations. Bidders must submit the following eligibility
requirements:



1.      Letter of intent signifying the bidder’s willingness, intention and
readiness to operate and manage the cafeteria;

2.      Registration Certificate from the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

3.      Business Permit issued by the Mayor’s Office;

4.      BIR Registration (VAT/non-VAT/Certificate of Exemption);

5.      Audited Financial Statements stamped “received” by the Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR) covering the latest 3 fiscal years of the bidder;

6.      Certification of Satisfactory Service from at least two (2) clients.



A Surety Bond in the amount of Three Hundred Thousand pesos (Php
300,000.00) will be required from the chosen concessionaire.



A sealed bidding procedure shall be observed for this exercise. The
complete Terms of Reference along with bidding instructions may be obtained
from Ms. Maria Ynna Kamila L. Cellano at the Office of the Associate Dean
for Student and Administrative Services (LS OADSAS, Tel. No. 4266001 locals
5095-5097) during office hours up to *August 18, 2017.*



Required documents should be submitted to the LS Office of the Associate
Dean for Student and Administrative Services on or before* August 25, 2017*
by* 5:00 pm*. The office is located at Room G205, 2/F, Gonzaga Hall, Ateneo
de Manila University, Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, 1108 Quezon City,
Philippines.



The Ateneo de Manila University, through the Loyola Schools Unit, reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any
reasons. Thank you.
