*WORKSHOP ON CHINESE PAINTING IN FANS *
by Dr. Ulysses Yu

on Friday, 7 April 2017
at 5:00-6:30PM
at the Leong Hall Conference Room 206

Dr. Ulysses Yu is the current head of Chinese teaching curriculum team and
the Assistant to the Principal of St. Stephen’s High School. Getting
students interested in learning the fun way has been his motto and he is
able to do this by sharing his talents in Chinese arts and crafts like
Chinese painting, paper cutting and lantern making.

Painting in modern fans using traditional Chinese brush and ink, infused
with modern pastel paints to bring out one of the oldest continuous
artistic traditions is what our workshop leader will share with us.

Join us in enjoying a new dimension of Chinese Painting. The Chinese
Studies Program will provide all the materials. Slots are limited and
participation is FREE.
