*Office of Campus Ministry, Loyola Schools *

*Job Summary: *

Under the supervision of the Office of Campus Ministry Director, the
position plans, conducts, coordinates and evaluates the different Campus
Ministry formation activities and programs such as recollections and
retreats, prayer sessions, talks/seminars, liturgies and other
programs/projects of the office.

*Duties & Responsibilities:*

*1.   * *Administrative Support*

  ·  Prepares, together with the Director, the Campus Ministry annual
formation program and        activities, its budget and reports needed

    ·     Attends regular office meeting for team planning and evaluation
of Campus Ministry programs and activities

    ·     Conceptualizes and develops modules and other training materials
relevant to the formation programs and activities of Campus Ministry

*2.  Facilitation and Logistical Support for the Campus Ministry Formation

         ·         Responsible for one of the following programs:

                        a.        First Year – Freshmen & Introduction to
Ateneo Culture & Traditions (InTACT)

b.        Second Year – Sophomores & National Service Training Program

c.        Third Year – Juniors & Junior Engagement Program (JEEP)

d.        Fourth Year – Seniors & Senior Integration Program (SIP)

e.        Seniors’ Retreats

f.         Retreat in Daily Life (RDL) and Spiritual Companioning (SC) and
Student Organizations

·         Facilitates prayer sessions, recollections and retreats

·      Provides consultations, spiritual accompaniment and guidance

·        Organizes other activities like talks, seminars, workshops, fora
and the like

·         Acts as moderator/adviser to different groups in the college upon
request and upon approval of the Director

*3.  Coordination and Documentation *

·    Collaborates with related offices and departments for an integrated
formation program

·  Coordinates with speakers, facilitators, priests and participants for
the formation program

·   Prepares reports for the mid-year and year-end evaluation and planning
seminar of the office and other documents that may be required

4.   Performs other tasks assigned by the Director of Campus Ministry


1)       Bachelor’s degree and/or Masteral Units/Degree in Spirituality and
Retreat Direction, Pastoral Ministry, Religious Education or Theological

2)       Specialized Courses/Training related to Campus Ministry, Youth
Ministry or Spiritual Formation

3)       With skills  for the following:

·         Facilitation and Communication

·         Listening, Spiritual Accompaniment and Guidance

·         Recollection and Retreat Giving

·         Organizing and Budgeting

·         Computer Literacy

·         Preferably has musical skills

4)       With 3 to 5  years work experience and exposure in

·      Campus Ministry and Spiritual Formation

·      Recollection & Retreat Giving

·      Parish/Pastoral Work with the Youth, Family Ministry, etc.

·      Teaching and Administrative Work

 5)       With 5- or 8-day retreat
