*The Ateneo de Manila Junior High School is accepting Guidance Counselors
for SY 2016-2017 *

The position provides guidance and counseling to the students with the help
of data from psychological tests and inputs from teachers, administrators
and parents and attends to the personal and psycho-emotional needs of the
students in relation to their academic performance and total formation in

*Job Function:*

1.     provides guidance and counseling services to the students

2.     prepares and updates homeroom guidance modules

3.     conducts homeroom guidance classes

4.     implements grade level Guidance Program

5.     confers with parents and teachers whenever necessary

6.     conducts case conferences whenever appropriate

7.      maintains and updates the students’ individual records

8.     administers group tests and conduct test interpretation sessions to
students and parents

9.     performs any other such duties as may be required by the position in
accordance with the instructions and guidelines of the Associate Principal
for Student Affairs and Formation


1.     must be a Licensed/ Registered Guidance Counselor

2.     has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3.     Good team player and has strong coordinating skill

4.     Excellent time management skill

5.     Counseling experience in all boys high school will be an advantage
