*MAINTENANCE STAFF I (M-01)*

Junior High School



*Job Summary*

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Management and Security
Office Supervisor, the Maintenance I, maintains the cleanliness of his/her
assigned area. This position also provides frontline assistance to visitors
and students of the Junior High School (JHS).



*Job Responsibilities*

A.    Maintains upkeep and cleanliness of the facility

1. Cleans and ensures upkeep of areas assigned to him/her (Eg: hallways,
roofing, gutters, toilets and areas surrounding it)

2.  Ensures that lights, ceiling fans, air conditioners or any electrical
items are turned off, if not needed and doors are locked before going home

3.  Assists in securing fixture and furnitures in his/her assigned area

4.   Assists in the logistical preparations for upcoming events



B.    Other responsibilities

1.  Facilitates regular endorsement of unclaimed Lost and Found items at
CSIP

2.  Assists in serving as Receptionist/Helpdesk

3.  Performs other related tasks that may be assigned to him/her by
immediate supervisor​



*Qualifications:*

·         High School graduate or College level

·         With at least 1 year of housekeeping experience

·         Frontline experience, an advantage

·         Has commendable interpersonal skills
