*NIHONGO FOR EVERYONEBasic Japanese language courses for Ateneo and
non-Ateneo learners*

*September 5 to November 7, 2015  (10 Saturdays) *



*Nihongo for Everyone 1*
Time:   1:00 - 4:00pm (PM class)
Venue:  Loyola Schools Campus
Instructor:  Ms. Faith Francisco

Nihongo for Everyone is a course for beginners. It focuses on basic
communication skills, particularly through speaking and listening. The
course also introduces a basic knowledge of Japanese characters for
everyday use in Japan.


*Nihongo for Everyone 2*
Time:   9:00am - 12:00pm
Venue:  Loyola Schools Campus
Instructor:  Mr. Dennis Mabalot

A course for those who finished Nihongo for Everyone 1:
Basic Japanese Language 1, or 30 hours of classroom instruction. It
introduces additional basic expressions, sentence patterns, and useful
vocabulary needed to conduct daily communication with Japanese people.


*Nihongo for Everyone 3*
Time:    1:00 - 4:00pm
Venue:  Loyola Schools Campus
Instructor:  Mr. Dennis Mabalot

A course for those who finished Nihongo for Everyone 2 or 60 hours of
classroom instruction; students who finish the course are expected to reach
the  proficiency equivalent of the N5 level of the new Japanese Language
Proficiency Test.



*Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N5 and N4 Review Classes *
Time: 8:00 - 10:30am
Venue:  Loyola Schools Campus
Instructor:  Mr. Junilo Espiritu

Content:
   Grammatical patterns and kanji for appropriate level
   Listening exercises
   Mock tests similar to that of the actual test

The Japanese Language Proficiency Test is administered by the Japanese
government every year. This year, the examination will be held on December
6, 2015 at various sites in Metro Manila and the provinces. The Certificate
of Proficiency is usually required by Japanese employers for jobs that
require a certain level of language proficiency.




*REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT*
- A filled out registration form should be sent to the JSP office with the
fee
   at least three (3) days before the module starts.

- Course fee is Php5,000 per class, includes handouts and other materials.

- Checks should be payable to Ateneo de Manila University
   For Metrobank over-the-counter payments, please fax to us the validated
   Metrobank Payment Slip with your registration form.
   Payment Details:

            Subscriber Name: *Name of Enrollee*
            Reference: *NE1, 2, 3, or JLPT*
            Subscriber Number: *188*

- For over-the-counter payments at the Ateneo Cashier's office, please fill
up
   a Turnover Report with the following details:
            Payer: *Name of Enrollee*
            As payment for the following: *Nihongo for Everyone/JLPT Review*
            Account to be credited: *188-078-005*
   Submit a copy of the Official Receipt to JSP with your duly accomplished
     Registration Form.


* Refund for withdrawal before classes start will be 50% of the fee paid.
 There will be no more refund for withdrawal once the classes start, except
in situations where the class the student signed up for is dissolved,
refund for this is 100%.
