*Certificate Course in Performance and Rewards Management*

The Certificate Course in Performance and Rewards Management is a 5-day
course designed to help participants develop a Performance and Rewards
Management System

As a result of the program, participants will be able to:

Design a comprehensive Performance and/or Rewards Management System that is
suited to their organization

        - Develop a total PRM philosophy and strategy

        - Identify critical success factors in implementing the PRM System

        - Demonstrate the following skills :

              - Job Analysis

              - Identifying performance metrics

              - Assessment Methods

              - Job Evaluation

              - Salary Scale construction


*I. Foundation of Performance & Rewards Management*

This module covers the factors that affect employee performance. This
section provides understanding of employee performance, specifically the
evolution of work and the profile of today's workforce. It also covers
motivation theories regarding performance and rewards management and the
psychological contract.

*II. Fundamentals of Performance Management*

The second module tackles the definition and characteristics of Performance
Management. The participants will go over the Performance Management Cycle
- its purpose, drivers and useful processes and tools with regard to PM.
This module will also cover how to effectively link PM  to other HR systems.

*III. Fundamentals of Rewards Management*

Module 3 will discuss critical concepts in Rewards Management, specifically
Total Rewards and its importance. The participants will go through
discussions on compensation strategies, designing compensation structures,
job analysis, job evaluation tools, and internal alignment with PRM. The
factors that will affect the external competitiveness of RM will also be
covered along with designing pay-level, and pay-mix policies and decisions.

*IV. Implementing & Evaluating PRM*

The final module presents useful measures for evaluating PRM for different
for the different levels of an organization as well as measures to promote
continuous improvement.

Schedule: September 16-18 & 21-22, 2015 @ 8:30-5:30

Program Fee: P 22,500 per participant inclusive of meals and materials for
the whole program.
