Parent Relations and Programs Office, High School

*Job Description:*

1.        Supervises the functions and day-to-day operations of the Parents
Relations and Programs (PREP) Office

2.        Assists the Director in promoting a supportive, cooperative and
collaborative relationship between parents and the school which are:

·       On the part of the parents – that they understand, appreciate, and
support the school’s academic, character, and spiritual formation program

·       On the part of the School – that the administration, faculty, and
staff have a better understanding and appreciation of the role of parents
in the academic, character and spiritual formation of their sons, and thus
to support and cooperate with parents in attaining the goals and objectives
of the Parenting Program of the Ateneo de Manila High School.

3.        Coordinates with parents and with School offices and personnel in
implementing the activities of the School’s Parenting Program under the
direction of the PREP Director

4.        Initiates and undertakes activities, and performs such functions
that may be deemed contributory to attaining the goals and objectives of
the PREP Office and the school’s Parenting Program under the supervision
of, and subject to approval of the Director

5.        Attends PUSH meetings and activities, and performs such functions
at said meetings and activities, as may be delegated by the Director


·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Familiar with the Ateneo High School’s culture

·         Must have taught in the High School preferably at the Ateneo de
Manila University

·         Must be familiar with the Jesuit Education and Ignatian

·         Experience in managing an office

·         Good oral and written communication skills

·         Has commendable interpersonal relationship abilities and work

·         Ability to plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate projects

·         Proficient in MS Office application
