Dear All,

We are inviting you to the Ateneo School of Government's brown bag session
on *Promoting Innovative CSO Action on Human Rights through Donor-CSO
Partnership: the KASAMA Experience* on 22 April 2015, 2:00 - 4:00 pm,
Conference Rooms 1-2, Ateneo School of Government.

*Brief Description:*

In 2002 and 2003, the Ateneo School of Government, through its Political
Democracy and Reforms (PODER) program, has taken part in an effort to
popularize innovative solutions to age-old human rights problems in the
country through a grant competition called Karapatan sa Malikhaing Paraan
or KASAMA. This initiative had brought together more than 10 donors that
provided the funding support to the winning grants and three CSOs (ASoG,
Ateneo Human Rights Center and CODE-NGO) as its consortium secretariat that
supported KASAMA's popularization, CSO linkages and agenda-setting.

On 22 April 2015, 2-4pm at ASoG Conference Room, the ASoG-PODER Team
involved in the implementation of KASAMA will share the highlights of the
project, the lessons learned and the prospects of advancing human rights
through innovation and multi-stakeholder collaboration in a brownbag
