Facilities Management Office - Rockwell

The position provides for addressing concerns relating to electrical,
mechanical, civil and various electronic repairs for the building.

*Job Description:*

1.       Documentation

a.       Provides monitoring reports for electrical, FDAS and various
safety areas

b.       Assists in housekeeping of critical areas like machine rooms,
electrical rooms and server/data areas

c.        Prepares reports for hazardous disposables for endorsement to
building pollution control officer

d.       Logs breakdowns and emergency stoppages for tracking and
preventive maintenance measures

2.       Technical assistance

a.       Provides frontline response in addressing electrical, mechanical
and various FDAS concerns

b.       Assists in resolving audio and video equipment malfunctions and

c.        Addresses various civil and architectural repairs to facilities

d.       Provides assistance in addressing aircon malfunctions

e.       Assists in procurement of various repair materials and components
needed for the maintenance works.

3.       Coordination

a.       Establishes active communication with the APS Technical Head
regarding action plans for facilities issues and repairs

b.       Provides coordination with internal units concerning maintenance
requests, Daily Facility Report (DFR) and Maintenance Request Form (MRF)

c.        provides assistance in tests and inspection from school units and

4.       May be given roles in other projects/activities which are mission
critical to the units and
or university


1. Preferably a graduate of Electrical Technology and or Basic Electronics
2. *TESDA Skills accreditation required*
3. Pollution Control Training Seminar preferred
4. Basic MS Office for reporting and communication (email)

Work Experience - at least one (1) year work experience in:
1. Electrical and Electronics.
2. Mechanical, plumbing and various carpentry works.
