This forum will discuss the pressing issues/challenges faced by local
governments and communities today. The Shell Scenarios Team will present
the progress of the Marikina City Study by outlining the solution areas  in
response to the identified  urban issues/challenges. The forum hopes to
elicit a dynamic discussion regarding the pressing urban issues confronting
local governments, communities, academia, civil society and the private
sector.  The forum also hopes to explore other solutions-driven initiatives
as well as areas of collaboration with other stakeholders
