1. Certified psychologist (certification issued by the Psychological
    Association of the Philippines (PAP) or a psychologist with an application
    for registration (under the grandfather's clause) at the Professional
    Regulatory Commission
2. At least 3 years experience as a Psychologist, either in a school  
or a clinic

1. Graduated with a Master's degree in Psychology and qualified to take the
    first scheduled licensure exam for Psychologists
2. At least one year experience as Psychologist
3. Very good in handling children
4. Good report writing skills
5. Communicates well, both in oral and written form
6. Good facilitation and coordination skills

1. Assists the teachers in handling students who need closer monitoring
2. Provides appropriate interventions to students in order to address concerns
3. Writes psychological reports and certifies the psychometrician's
    psychological reports
4. Coordinates with the Grade Level Coordinators with regard to facilitation
    and/or formation needs of the grade level
5. Acts as liaison officer or point person when facilitators and/or speakers
    are needed
6. Substitutes for absent Guidance Associates in conducting classes
7. Assists the Guidance Counselors in conducting routine interviews

(2) Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from your School Head, Immediate
     Supervisor and/or  Department Head
(3) One (1) colored ID picture (2x2)
(4) Photocopy of the following:
     a. Official Transcript of Records
     b. Baptismal Certificate
     c. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
     d. Professional Licensure ID Card
