A. PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES
    ----------------------------------------

     7:30 AM       Registration and start of Election
                        (note: Election will be until 6:30 p.m. only)
     5:30 PM       Dinner will be served
     6:00 PM       BUSINESS MEETING

B. 2013 ANNUAL REPORT
    ------------------------------------

    Limited hard copies of the 2013 GA Report will be given out to
    save on paper and support the campaign of the university.

C. THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
    ------------------------------------------

    1.  The AMPC Board of Directors will meet at 7:30 a.m. to declare
         the General Assembly formally open

    2.   REGISTRATION
          a. Registration and election will start at 7:30 a.m. and
              will be ongoing throughout the day until
              the business meeting starts at 6:00 p.m.
          b. The conference kit, souvenir item, and meal ticket will
              be given to members during the Registration.

    3.   ELECTION  (please click on the links for the procedures

    4. DOOR PRIZES. Upon registration, AMPC members will draw a raffle
        ticket for a DOOR prize. Winners will receive their prizes
immediately.
                  PRICES:   P5,000 - 1 winner;
                                  P1,000 - 10 winners;
                                  AMPC Gift Certificates worth P100

    5. INCENTIVE RAFFLE. Your raffle ticket will be given upon
        registration. Please write your name and sign the ticket. They will
be
        collected at the end of the GA Business Meeting.
                  PRICES:   10,000 cash - 2 winners;
                                  5,000 cash - 4  winners;
                                  3,000 cash - 3 winners

    6.  ATTENDANCE IN THE GA  is a requirement if you want to retain
        your Member-in-Good-Standing (MIGS) or Member-Entitled-to-Vote
        (MEV) status. Those who do not attend the GA for two consecutive
        years without a valid reason will lose their MEV status on the
        third year.

         This will mean loss of eligibility to be nominated for positions
in
         AMPC and loss of privilege to vote. We have precisely scheduled
         the GA meeting to start as early as 7:30 am so everyone can vote
         even if they have duty later in the evening. Members who are
         still unable to attend for a valid reason may address their letter
         to the Chair of the AMPC Board of Directors and bring it to the
         AMPC Office. Or you may send it by email to ampc at admu.edu.ph

         GA is a business meeting, only AMPC members may attend the
         GA. Spouses and children of AMPC members may NOT join the GA..

    7.  DIVIDENDS AND PATRONAGE REBATES. FOR DISTRIBUTION to those who
         are present at the end of the GA:

                          Dividend on members' share capital - 9%
                          Patronage rebate -  8%

            a. Manner of payment:
                         CASH - if the amount is below P1,000
                         CHECK - if the amount is P1,000 and above

            b. If you do not stay up to the end of the GA, you may
                claim your dividends and rebates at the AMPC Office
beginning
                Monday March 18 up to Saturday March 23 during Office hours
                (Mon-Fri: 8:00 am-12:00 nn; 1:00-5:00 pm,
                Sat:8:00 am-12:00 nn)

            c. FOR THOSE WHOSE SHARE CAPITAL IS BELOW P5,000

                     DIVIDENDS. Your dividends will be credited to your
capital build-up.
                     An official receipt will be issued in acknowledgment
of this.

                     PATRONAGE REBATES   You will receive your patronage
rebates in full.

            d. PRIVILEGED PATRONS
                 1.  The patronage rebates of offices whose share capital
is P15,000 will be given out.
                 2.  The dividends and patronage rebates of offices whose
share capital is below
                      P15,000 will be credited to their capital build-up.
An official receipt will be issued in
                      acknowledgment of this.
                 3.   A check will be issued to the UNIT or the DEPARTMENT
HEAD. If it is to be made
                      out to a REPRESENTATIVE OF THE UNIT, a letter from
the unit head or department
                      head authorizing AMPC to issue a check to the designated
representative
                      must be submitted.
                 4.  These procedures are consistent with what was done in
previous years.
