Staff Rules and Regulations embody the fundamental conditions of an  
employer-employee relationship and the basic duties and obligations of  
staff employees.

These rules have been formulated to ensure that the conduct of  
personnel of the University meet the standards expected of an Ateneo  
employee consistent with Ignatian ideals.

Experience has shown that a better understanding of Staff Rules and  
Regulations and of their practical implications facilitates its  
observance.  The University, as the employer, is prepared to help its  
employees in this regard.

The provisions of Staff Rules and Regulations are arranged as follows:

iii.	Leaves and Absences
iv.	Behavior
v.	Personal Integrity
vi.	Confidential Matters
vii.	Work Performance
viii.	Responsibility for Funds or Property
ix.	Security and Safety Measures

xi.	Various Employee Activities

The Staff Rules and Regulations is posted in the Human Resources  
Management Office (HRMO) website.  Please follow this link:  

For those with no access to a computer, hard copies will be posted at  
HRMO?s Bulletin Board at EDSA Walk, Loyola Schools and along the  
(AMPC) Canteen at Gonzaga.  Arrangements will also be made for its  
posting at the different schools units and Central Administration
