Once again, the Office of Health Services in collaboration with the P.E.
Department welcomes Loyola schools students, faculty, and staff to engage
in the following Fitness Programs this semester:

Tai-chi sessions:  Mind-body exercises with  awareness with activities to
enhance both physical fitness and mental well-being through this
traditional martial arts exercises supervised by Coach Edwin Ang on
Thursdays 5:30-6:30 p.m. Limited slots only on a first come first serve
basis at the LS Office of Health Services until Nov. 19, 2012.

Walk/Jog/Run Program.  Work your way to marathon ready fitness levels by
joining regular Monday-Wednesday pack runs that begin and end with
limbering exercises to start Nov. 19, 2012, 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the College
Covered Courts. Sign ups will be at the LS Office Health Services until
Nov. 26, 2012.

To sign up and for more inquiries pls. contact Ms. Madelaine Baroja at
local 5110.  Ongoing participants for the Aerobics. Gymn, and Advanced
Tai-chi programs should signify their continued participation by weighing
in at the LS Office of Health Services until Nov. 19, 2012.
