Revised Plea for Monetary Donations
Typhoon Pablo Relief and Rehabilitation Effort
The Ateneo de Manila Disaster Response and Management (DReaM) Team,
composed of the Grade School, High School, Loyola Schools, and
Professional Schools, in partnership with the Simbahang Lingkod ng
Bayan, announces that it is accepting monetary donations which will be
channeled to providing relief and rehabilitation assistance to victims
of typhoon Pablo in the Davao area, principally through the Ateneo de
Please note that in view of distance and transportation
considerations, donations in kind are not being solicited. You may
however wish to donate those through other channels.
Monetary donations may be made through any of the following means:
1.1 Cash and Check:
Cash and Check donations may be delivered directly to the Cashier?s
offices at the Grade School, High School, Loyola Schools, and the
Ateneo Professional Schools at Rockwell, Makati.
All checks should be made payable to the order of Ateneo de Manila University.
Checks may also be sent to the Office of the Vice President for Social
Development (Atty. Jaime G. Hofileña), Room 209 Xavier Hall, Ateneo de
Manila University, Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City 1108.
Please indicate donor's name, contact number, and address so that an
official receipt can be sent to the donor.
1.2 Domestic (Peso) via Metrobank?s Bills Payment Facility
Donations in Philippine Pesos may be made via the Bills Payment
Facility of METROBANK. In filling up the payment slip, indicate the

For donations via this channel, please fax to the Office of University
Development and Alumni Relations (OUDAR) at (632) 4266080 the
validated bank statement with the name of the donor and his/her email
address, so that a receipt for the donation issued by the Ateneo de
Manila University in equivalent Philippine pesos can be sent to the
NOTE: Donations via this channel are those that would not require a
certificate of donation for USA tax deductibility purposes.
1.4.2. Through the Philippine Jesuit Foundation
NOTE: Donations made via this channel are fully deductible for US
income tax purposes. Donations may, however, be made from anywhere in
the world. Moreover, for donations made toward disaster relief, the
Philippine Jesuit Foundation waives 5% service fee.
