The CLC Formation Institute invites you to our Ignatian Retreat this coming October 2012.  Following the ways of the pilgrim saint, St. Ignatius of Loyola, allow yourself to be found by God and be guided through prayer in seeking and finding Him. 

 

This is a silent retreat and intended for our CLC members and friends who missed our October 2011 & Holy Week 2012 retreats and those who have not taken part in any form of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in the last 3 to 5 years.

 

 

Ignatian Retreat Types:

1.       Individually-Directed – a one on one direction by a guide. Pre-requisites: one has gone through at least a weekend Ignatian retreat in the last 5 years and practices Ignatian Methods of Prayer.

2.       Small Group Semi-Directed – composed of at least 8 to 10 retreatants/directees in one group with common prayer points while learning and practicing Ignatian methods of prayer. Individual conference with the retreat director is possible. This type is highly recommended for those who are taking Ignatian retreat for the first time.

·         Retreat fee shall cover : Board and lodging, stipend for retreat guides and materials

For Eight day retreat:   Includes dinner and overnight accommodation starting Monday, October 22, up to breakfast of October 31, Wednesday. Check out is at 10:00AM.

For Five day retreat:     Includes dinner and overnight accommodation starting Thursday October 25, up to breakfast of October 31, Wednesday. Check out is at 10:00AM.

For Three day retreat:   Includes dinner and overnight accommodation starting Saturday, October 27, up to breakfast of October 31, Wednesday. Check out is at 10:00AM.

·         Extra Night Accommodation: Retreatants are advised to handle their own accommodations before and after the retreat. You may contact Jaymee at 426-0075 for instructions.

·         Transportation: Retreatants are advised to handle their own transportation arrangement to and from the Retreat House. 

·         Payments: Please forward your  payments to the CLCP office or deposit to

Please submit/ email/ fax copy (02-426-0074) of deposit slip to the office.

 

Reservation Procedures:

1.       Fill up the Retreat Registration Form and Pre-Retreat Survey Form. Submit to the CLC   Office by email, fax or personally bring it on or before 15 September 2012. 

2.       The retreatant shall be scheduled for an interview with a member of the retreat team not later than one week after receipt of completed Registration and Retreat Survey Forms by the CLC Office.

3.       Confirmation of Acceptance will be communicated to the retreatant after three days. 

4.       Confirmation of Reservation by the Retreatant may be made by paying a reservation fee of PhP 1,000.00 (non-refundable) on or before 21 September 2012 to the CLC Office or deposit the amount to the CLCP account. Kindly email/fax a copy of the deposit slip to CLCP Telefax 426-0074 if payment is made through the bank.

5.        Retreat Orientation: Retreatants are encouraged to attend the retreat orientation on any of the following dates:

        

§  September 29, Saturday from 9 am to 12nn 

§  October 6, Saturday from 1 pm to 4 pm

 

                       Venue to be announced a week before the orientation. 

 

All retreatants are encouraged to attend the orientation. Retreatants who are first time attendees with us are required to be present for this orientation.
