The Institute of Philippine Culture (IPC) wishes to inform the  
community that the lectures scheduled for Friday, August 10 (Health   
Research  Web: A  Global  and  Local  Tool  to  improve  Governance   
of  Research  and  Innovation  for  Health, Equity  and Development by  
Dr. Carel Ijsselmuiden and Rewriting Nationalisms: A Case Study of the  
Impact of Shifting NGO Practices in the Philippines by Faith Kares)  
are cancelled.

However, the lectures scheduled for August 13 (Monday, 3:30pm to  
5:30pm, IPC Conference Room) will push through:
