5."Pagaspas: a Forum on Children's Rights and Concert Party"

             The program will include an input on Children's Rights c/o the End
                    Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and the  
Trafficking of
                    Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT Philippines) and a
                    promotion of the efforts of various social development
                    institutions' efforts in helping respect, protect, and
                    fulfill children's rights.
             Performing bands: Nanay Mo, Smoke My Cuban, Shuteyeview,
                    Dash Between Dates, Juan Luna and Freefish. All bands will
                    perform at least one (1) socially-relevant song.
