Re	:	UPDATING OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATURE FORM FOR FY 2010-2011

This is to request Unit Heads and Department Chairpersons to review  
the approving authorities that have been delegated to administrative  
support personnel and to update the ?Authorized Signature? form. For  
delegation on approval of transactions covering more than P8,000.00,  
please attach a separate letter, with justification, addressed to the  
Vice President for Finance & Treasurer.

This form is available in our website, using the link below or may be  
requested from Financial Reporting and Budget Fund Monitoring Division:

Updating of the Authorized Signature form will facilitate processing  
of the units? financial transactions e.g., budget transfers, check  
requests, etc.  Should you have any clarification on this, please feel

Please submit your duly accomplished forms on or before June 15, 2010.
