MEMO TO : All Unit Heads and Department Chairpersons

FROM  : Central Accounting Office

SUBJECT: Management Report for the 3rd quarter ending December 31 FY 2010-2011

In connection with the preparation of the Management Report for 3rd  
Quarter of Fiscal Year 2010-2011, which is usually used in budgeting  
for the following fiscal year, may we request you to submit the  
following documents to the Central Accounting Office on or before  
January 7, 2011:

1.  INTER-DEPARTMENTAL CHARGES AND CREDITS (Budget transfers and  
adjustments between units and departments)

2.  Report on completion and authority to close projects and other  
adjustments of the following:
a) Institute of Philippine Culture
b) School of Government

3.  Authority to close non-moving DCB accounts

4.  Unpaid Invoices, Receiving Reports and Statements of Accounts

5.  Replenishment requests for revolving and petty cash funds

6.  Receivables from non-Ateneo clients

Charges and credits for documents that are received after the January  
7, 2011 deadline will be reflected in the following quarter?s budget.

Your full cooperation will allow us to prepare the management report  
on time and provide complete and accurate reports for your units.
