         Qualifications:

III.   OFFICE ASSISTANT (LS-Office of the Associate Dean for Student
        Affairs - Services)

         Qualifications:
         1.  College degree holder
         2.  Good communication skills (oral and written)
         3.  Proficient in MS applications (Word & Excel)
         4.  Accuracy in encoding and record keeping

IV.   OFFICE ASSISTANT (LS-Office of the Associate Dean for Student
       Affairs - Formation)

         Qualifications:
         1.  College degree holder (preferably in Psychology)
         2.  Very good communication skills (preferably with experience in
             minutes-taking)
         3.  Proficient in MS applications (Word & Excel)
         4.  With a keen eye for details; must be organized and systematic
         5.  Ability to handle confidential matters

V.    PURCHASING CLERK (Central Purchasing Office)

         Qualifications:
         1.  College degree holder (graduate of Supply Management or any
             business course)
         2.  At least 2 years related work experience
         3.  Computer literate (MS Word & Excel)
         4.  Driving skills (must possess a valid driver's license)


Interested employees must write a letter of intent addressed to
Mrs. Imelda G. Nibungco, Personnel Director, duly approved by the  
supervisor/unit head.

This letter should be submitted to Mrs. Rowena F. Alvarez,
Employment & Development Section on or before Friday, June 5, 2009.
