Art Speak and Art Screen at the Ateneo Art Gallery

Beginning May 20, 2009, Wednesdays will be home to Art Speak and Art
Screen sessions at the Ateneo Art Gallery. Get ready for a regular
dose of Art talks as the AAG?s curators speak about the university
museum?s collection and the artists it represents. Get the facts
firsthand, as guests from the art world drop by to share a few words.

In the absence of Art Speak, Art Screen follows. Various films and
documentaries will be shown and everyone is welcome to join.

Art Speak and Art Screen sessions will be held on Wednesdays at the
Ateneo Art Gallery, Ground Floor Rizal Library Building, Ateneo de
Manila University, Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
Admission is free. However, accommodation is on a first come first

Art 21 (1 Episode)

?Art:21?Art in the Twenty-First Century is the only series on
television to focus exclusively on contemporary visual art and artists
in the United States, and it uses the medium of television to provide
an experience of the visual arts that goes far beyond a gallery visit.
Fascinating and intimate footage allows the viewer to observe the
artists at work, watch their process as they transform inspiration
into art, and hear their thoughts as they grapple with the physical
and visual challenges of achieving their artistic visions.?
