of Cervini Hall. Its first teacher was Dr. Antonio Ll. Ferrer of the
Department of English, who has since retired from the Ateneo. Teachers
today are members of various aikido groups in Manila, who teach for
free. The main mentor of the Ateneo Aikido Club is the FFA or
Federation of Filipino Aikido, which is affiliated with Japan Aikikai.
