Service-learning is the practice of including a graded course
requirement that will be of benefit to a community, community
organization, NGO, government entity, or to development organizations
in general. This requirement is based on an application of knowledge
or skills learned in class.

The presenters will share their experiences of implementing
service-learning activities at the Loyola Schools and the discussion
will include insights from the First Asia-Pacific Conference on
Service-Learning held in Hong Kong last summer where they had
initially presented their papers.

This counts as a TFI follow-up session
