Lecture 1 - Japanese Banking Practices in International Trade
Time: 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Break: 1:30-1:45 p.m.

Lecture 2 - Japanese Business Environment
Time: 1:45-3:15 p.m.

Professor Kozuka has written many published works in English in the areas of 
commercial law, with special interest in the fields of distribution agreements, 
transport law, regulation of financial institutions, and unification of 
commercial law. He is also a Correspondent of Unidroit (the International 
Institute for the Unification of Private Law) and a Member of IBA 
(International Bar Association), business law section.

The lectures will be attended by Ateneo students of management, Japanese
language, and related Japanese studies. Please invite your students to attend,
and have a good exchange of ideas with an esteemed authority on Japanese
business and law.
