May I request Unit Heads to adjust class and work schedules accordingly.

Some reminders:

1.Awardees: Come in semi-formal (or Sunday best) attire. Since the program
will start promptly at 3:00 p.m., awardees are requested to be at the

according to the sequence of the awards to be given onstage.

For easy identification by the ushers, please wear the ribbons that will
be sent to you thru your unit representatives. Late awardees who arrive

    after the Welcome Address.

Awardees who arrive after the late awardees are seated will not be
allowed to go up the stage. Their names will however be read. Awards
may be claimed backstage or at the Personnel Office at a later date.

  4. Souvenir Program: Copies of the souvenir program will be distributed
shortly before the start of the program.

as they receive their awards onstage. Each awardee will be given a
     souvenir copy.

  6. Campus Traffic and Parking: Traffic will be coordinated by our campus
security personnel. Parking space will be reserved in the High School
parking lot for the officials joining the stage party and for special

program at the back of the Covered Courts.

Congratulations to all our awardees.
