AUN Member Universities

Dear Fellow Colleagues,

We are pleased to inform you that the application for the AUN-NUS Study Awards for Semester 2 AY 2007/2008 is now open. As a member university of the ASEAN University Network (AUN), you can nominate ONE (1) undergraduate from your university for the above award.

Successful nominees will receive a lump sum of $2,500 (Singapore Dollars) as allowance for his/her semester of study at the National University of Singapore (NUS). This allowance will be disbursed to the student in two instalments. Payment of their accommodation should also be made from the allowance.

Under this award, the student can take up to a maximum of four (4) modules at NUS. The student must also sit for examinations for all the modules that he/she has registered during his/her one semester’s stint here. If you allow your student to transfer his or her credits earned at NUS, please send us the letter requesting for credit transfer and the student's transcripts will be mailed to your university. As this is a non-graduating award, the student should not be his/her final year of study and they will have to return to their home university to complete their degree requirements, upon completion of a semester’s stint at NUS. We seek your kind assistance to inform the student on the above matter.

We have provided the links for your reference and perusal:
