Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Good News! The Ateneo Center for Educational Development (ACED) invites
you to celebrate the joys and triumphs of the Public School Teacher
Training Program (PSSTP). For more than nine years, the PSTPP has helped
2,232 public school teachers realize countless success stories in their
own classrooms!

For the month of September, ACED's monthly newsletter, The Public
Education Network (The Pen) pays tribute to this wonderful and effective
ACED program. Moreover, included in the article are stories of hope,
bliss and utmost dedication shared by three amazing public school
teachers--Ma'am Virginia Abaño of Nangka Elementary School (Marikina),
Ma'am Lilian Limbauan of Mabini Elementary School & Ma'am Amparo
Sarmiento of Culiat Elementary School (Tandang Sora, Quezon City).

ACED's very own Student Volunteers, Ms. Cassie Teodosio and Ms. Maan
Javier (AB SoS '09), write about this very inspiring and heart-warming
piece on the experience of positive change and development actualized by
ACED's Public School Teacher Training Program!

The Pen for September: ACED (heart) Public School Mentors!

Thank you and God Bless!!

Watch out for The Pen for October: ACED Principal Empowerment Program!
