How to Win an Election is both a handy manual and comprehensive analytical
review of the ins and outs of preparing for and managing an electoral
campaign in the Philippines. The book is the result of research and
in-depth interviews with select officials, campaign strategists, and
public relations experts. Although designed primarily for neophytes, it
has lessons as well for the experienced aiming to reform or enter and
make a difference in Philippine politics, especially at the levels of the
House of Representatives and local govenments.
