The Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD) is searching for a Programs Officer to start on or before June 15, 2006. The scope of work and qualifications are as follows:

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Programs Officer will be mainly responsible for the administrative aspect of public training programs. Duties and responsibilities include coordination with facilitators, logistics, participant registration, recruitment and monitoring of training assistants, and consolidation of participant evaluation results. May also sometimes participate in planning for new programs and evaluation/revision of current program designs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least a college graduate or a graduate student in I/O or Social Psychology, preferably of the Ateneo de Manila University.
2. Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
3. Above average computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint). Knowledge in SPSS program is an advantage.
4. Preferably has work experience in the field of Training and Development, or must be willing to be trained. 
5. Can handle pressure and multi-tasking.
5. Must have a keen eye for details--organized and systematic.
