ATENEO CORD RESEARCH GRANTS
The Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (Ateneo CORD), in fulfillment of its thrust to build knowledge in human resources in the Philippines has conducted researches to help HR practitioners, managers, and organizations better manage Filipino workers and organizations. In April, 2005, the Ateneo CORD launched its first book, The Way We Work: Research and Best Practices in Philippine Organizations. Currently, Ateneo CORD is embarding on its second book and has identified research priorities. In line with this, Ateneo CORD will provide research grants to eligible individuals who will be involved in this collaboration.
In line with its certificate programs, Ateneo CORD has identified some possible researches as its priorities for 2005 to 2006:
