In this workshop, Dr. Lee will share his insights about Principle-Centered 
Power, which he describes as being based on honor extended to us from others, 
and by us to others. 

To honor people is to have deep respect for people which in turn, builds 
trust. The use of Principle-centered power has helped leaders retain a 
constancy of purpose amidst change. They exercise a healthy sense of internal 
selfcontrol, ethical behavior and proactive living.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
==========================================
Dr. Blaine N. Lee is a founding Vice President of Covey Leadership Center. A 
business partner of Dr. Stephen R. Covey for 20 years, and a high-powered 
internationally renowned speaker, Dr. Lee has conducted workshops and sessions 
in Manila and Cebu for over 4,000 individuals from the private sector, 
government and academe. Having been a superintendent and principal in various 
schools in the U.S.A., Dr. Lee holds the education sector close to his heart. 
He has owned residential schools for behavioral disorder students, has 
dedicated much time and effort to teaching in public schools, as well as four 
universities, and has written manuals for teacher education. He taught 
psychology, management and leadership at Texas Lutheran College, Utah Valley 
State College, Brigham Young University and the US Air Force Academy.
