Speaker Profile:

For more than 15 years, Vic Santos has been involved in various business
intelligence and data warehousing projects. He played the following roles
for end-to-end project implementations: pre-sales consulting, business
analyst, project manager, report writer, cube builder, KPI dashboard
developer, support and trainer. His product specialisations include the
Cognos suite, Crystal products, Business Objects and Microsoft Analysis
Services. Some of his previous clients include Toyota, Johnson and
Johnson, Goodman Fielder, Sydney Opera House, Pfizer, General Electric
and Lend Lease. He has Bachelor degrees in Management Engineering and
Economics (Ateneo de Manila University), Masters degree in Computing
Science and Graduate Certificate in Applied Computing (University of
Technology, Sydney). At present, he is pursuing a PhD in Computing
Science at the University of New England. His research topic is "Linking
University Information Systems for Business Intelligent Information". He
has taught mathematics and management information systems subjects in the
Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College and the University of
Technology, Sydney. He was formerly the MIS Director of the Ateneo and
Registrar of Miriam College.
