is inviting you to our last training programs for 2004



Developing EQ Skills (October 25-27)
This three- day seminar is especially relevant for individuals who interact closely with people, such as HR personnel, supervisors, counselors, and teachers.This course is designed to equip participants with the necessary tools for using emotional intelligence to enhance relationships, work performance, and personal well-being.  

    Modules include: 

        A. Emotions and Emotional Intelligence

        B. Emotional Awareness and Expression: Self and Others, 

        C. EQ Skill 2 - Understanding Emotions and Employing Emotional Knowledge 

        D. EQ Skill 3 - Regulation of Emotions for Growth

             

                                  

Basic Human Resource Management: " Managing Human Capital" (November 8-10)

This 3-day course is designed to provide beginners in the HR field with a basic understanding of Human Resources Management. 

        Modules include:

        A. Strategic Human Resource Management

        B. Human Resources Information Systems

        C. Employee Selection

        D. Employee Development

        E. Employee Relations & Well Being



 

Employee Relations and Well Being (Nov 15- 19)

A five-day program aimed at providing HR practitioners and line managers with the concepts and strategies in cultivating and ensuring effective relations and employee well-being. 

        Modules include:

        A. Managing in the Turbulent Environment

        B. Employee Relations

        C. Employee Well Being

        D. Employee Communication Programs

            

People Management: " Coaching and Counseling in the Workplace" (Nov 24- 26)

This three- day program is designed to enable participants to demonstrate knowledge, skills and attitudes and values appropriate to an effective implementation of coaching and counseling interventions in one's organization. 

            Modules include:

            A. The Role of the Manager

            B. Counseling in Organizations

            C. Coaching
