 You are invited to "Nature for Nurture: A week of environmental workshop
 on conservation for progress and integration".  26 April to 30 April,
 8am to 4 pm, CTC Room 102.

 The seminar is hosted by the Department of Political Science with
 linkages from the Institute of Philippine Culture and World Wildlife
 "Nature for Nurture" is a seminar workshop and a 3 unit credit course
 that seeks to combine theoretical concepts on human - ecology interaction
 with practical tools and experience with the objective of appreciating
 conservation and designing a conservation or management plan/ program
 for a given environment and clientle. 

 Our resource persons  bring with them decades of experience in
 environmental planning, implementation and advocacy from SIKAT,  Tanggol
 Kalikasan and the Kabang Kalikasan ng Pilipinas (WWF-Phils.) They will
 utilize a combined approach of lectures, small group discussions and
 field work and connect their experiences to enhance the teaching and
 application of tools, concepts and frames such as corporate social
 responsbility, alternative dispute resolution and deep ecology.
