[Blueboard] Temporary closure of De la Costa Hall for Renovation

To prepare the De la Costal Hall for renovation and expansion work 
beginning 3 November 2002, the following School of Humanities offices will 
be transferred to their respective temporary sites during the week of 22 - 
26 October 2002:

Offices moving out on Wed., 23 Oct. 2002:
1.      English Department  to be moved to 2/F, Social Sciences Building 
(former SOM Programs' Office)
2.      Interdisciplinary Studies Department  to 1/F, Social Sciences 
Building (former SOM Dean's Office)
Offices moving out on Fri., 25 Oct. 2002:
3.      Philosophy  Dept. to 1/F JG SOM Building, Rooms 105-106
4.      Office of the SOH Dean to 1/F JG SOM Building, Room 104
Offices moving out on Sat., 26 Oct. 2002:
5.      Department of Theology  to 1/F PLDT-CTC Building, Room 101
6.      Filipino Department  to 1/F JG SOM Building, Rooms 102-103 - moving 
date: Saturday, 26 Oct. 2002

         All students, non-SOH personnel and guests have only until Monday, 
21 October 2002, to enter the premises of the De la Costa Hall (School of 
Humanities Building) for transactions.
         From Tuesday through Saturday, 22-26 October 2002, the building 
will be accessed only by SOH Faculty, administrators, non-teaching Staff 
and professional moving personnel.  After 26 October 2002 until further 
notice, the building will be temporarily closed for renovation and 
expansion work.
         After 19 October 2002, end-of-semester announcements from SOH 
faculty intended for students will be posted at designated bulletin boards 
along the Social Sciences Foyer.
         Phone  lines of these offices will  also be disconnected on these 
offices' respective moving-out date and will be restored as much as 
possible also on that date. Internet lines of these offices will be 
disconnected one day before their respective moving-out date.
