To all Ateneo Employees:

There will be a few changes regarding the release of entrance
passes for employees and their companions to the Eagles of Hope
Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1
at the High School Covered Courts. These changes are based on
recommendations made by the various representatives from the
different Ateneo employee groups and sectors that attended the
meeting last Wednesday, November 20, 2002. Details on these new
measures will be released by Tuesday, November 26 at the latest.
The reward schemes for the Ateneo employee groups and sectors
with the best attendance remain in place.

As previously advised, all Ateneo employees may bring in seven
(7) companions for free to the two days of the bazaar. Ateneo
employees as individuals or as departments are also entitled to
purchase entrance tickets to the bazaar at a discount price of
PHP 25.00 per ticket. They can then sell the tickets to outsiders
at PHP 40.00 each. The tickets can be used for both days of the
bazaar. PHP 15.00 FOR EACH TICKET SOLD WILL BE ADDED TO THE
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT FUND THAT WILL BE MADE AVAILABE TO EMPLOYEE
SECTORS AND DEPARTMENTS WHO QUALIFY. The tickets are available at
the OPDAA, 2/f Xavier Hall, Ateneo de Manila College c/o Lara.

For now, we would like to ask the help of all Ateneo employees in
promoting the bazaar over the next week or so to all
co-employees, friends, relatives, etc by word-of-mouth, e-mail,
or by distributing promotional materials (available at OPDAA).

Featured activities of the bazaar include:
1. Bingo Ka Na! – Bingo social hosted by ASPAC on November 30 to
December 1 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2. Autograph and Photo sessions with 2002 UAAP Men’s Basketball
Team members on Sunday, December 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
3. Anticipated masses on November 30 and December 1 (times to be
announced later)
4. University Family Day on Sunday, December 1 (inflatables, dog
show)

Shuttle services will be arranged for travel inside the Ateneo
campus. As of today, there are already over 130 stalls for the
bazaar.
