Re : Meeting on Reward Schemes for support of Eagles of Hope
Christmas Bazaar

As you may already know, the Office of Planning and Development
and Alumni Affairs (OPDAA) and the three parent groups of the
school, AGSPAC- Grade School, PUSH- High School, and ASPAC-
College are jointly hosting the upcoming Eagles of Hope Christmas
Bazaar. The bazaar will be held on Saturday, November 30 (10:00
a.m.to 10:00 p.m.) and Sunday, December 1 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m.) at the Ateneo de Manila High School Covered Courts. One of
the primary beneficiaries of the event will be a special fund for
Ateneo employee development.

If the bazaar and the special employee development fund are to be
institutionalized, the support of all Ateneo employees for the
upcoming Eagles of Hope Bazaar will be essential. Support will
come mainly from your attendance at the bazaar as well as the
promotion of the event to members of the Ateneo community and
outsiders as well.

All Ateneo employees along with seven (7) companions may enter
free of charge. Children below 4 feet tall may also enter for
free. All other individuals must purchase an entrance ticket
worth PHP 40.00 that can be used for entrance for both days of
the bazaar. Employee Departments may purchase the tickets at a
discount price of PHP 25.00 each and resell it at its face value.
The utilization of the PHP 15.00 profit earned for each ticket
sold will be solely at the discretion of the department.

We have developed various reward schemes for Ateneo employee
sectors and departments that strongly support the bazaar.
Attached for your reference are the general guidelines on the
different schemes.

In this regard, our office would like to call all Department
Heads to a special meeting to discuss the different reward
schemes in more detail on Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at 4:30
p.m. at the Board Room located at the 2/f Xavier Hall at the
Ateneo de Manila College.

Kindly circulate this message and attached guidelines to all your
fellow employees in your department.

Sincerely yours,

MR. ROMEO A. DALANDAN, JR.
Director – Alumni Affairs
OPDAA
