Dear Colleague,

The Philippine Computing Society (PCS) is actively promoting the development of
information and communication technology in the Philippines. Please help us to
disseminate this call for participation to a broader audience. The first PCSC
was held in Manila last December 2001. This year we are bringing the conference
to Mindanao to help in the development of regions outside Metro Manila. All IT-
related people (in academe, government, industry, and private practice) are
encouraged to help and to participate.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rafael P. Saldana
Chair, Program Committee
