“Narco-Pilipinas” – the latest Intersect Issue

The use and sale of prohibited drugs has mushroomed into one of the country’s 
biggest scourges. It has reached all sectors, corrupting government officials 
and destroying the lives of many, notably, of the country’s young people.  The 
issues surrounding this plague are of great national concern and it is 
important to be aware of them.   

Know about these issues and their possible long-term effects in the latest 
issue of the INTERSECT: “Narco-Pilipinas.”   INTERSECT gives a comprehensive 
background and analyses on the global drug trade, the drug trade in the 
Philippines and the national policy on drug abuse. It also features efforts by
