The European Studies Program would like to inform you that the 2nd EU Lecture 
Series for this SY by Mr. Luc Vandebon was CANCELLED for he has unexpected 
important matter to attend to on that day. We will inform you immediately for 
the new schedule of his talk. 

Also, the change of venue for Nov 22 talk, the NEW VENUE is already at SEC 
Escaler Hall. And, for Nov 29 talk, the NEW VENUE at Conference Rms. 1 & 2, SS
